For what purposes do we process your personal data?

We process your personal data primarily to collect your health data in order to provide you with the best possible healthcare, documenting all those data that, under medical criteria, allow for accurate and up-to-date knowledge of your health status and are relevant to the medical treatment to be performed.

We also process your personal data to manage all additional services related to healthcare (analytical laboratories, dental prosthetics), the relationship with your insurance company or mutual, and for accounting and fiscal management, particularly for invoicing the services provided.

Furthermore, we always obtain your consent beforehand for the management and development of marketing activities and the sending of commercial communications through electronic means.

When and why can we disclose your data to third parties?

Your personal data may be disclosed to the following recipients for the indicated reasons:

  • Public authorities: to fulfill the legal obligations to which we are subject due to our activity.
  • Mutual insurance companies and insurance companies: if you access our services through medical insurance, solely for the purpose of managing the administration and payment of the services provided.
  • Analytical laboratories, dental prosthetics, and similar professionals: solely for the purpose of providing the contracted treatment.
