Cancellation policy

Our team starts preparing for each visit from the moment it is requested, with the aim of providing personalised, quality medical care in a timely manner. Therefore, we appreciate as much advance notice as possible of any rescheduling or cancellation.

This policy allows us to maximise available appointments for patients in need of care, as well as time and resources.

Policy does not apply to Physiotherapy, Osteopathy, Psychology and Speech Therapy services.

1. Cancellations or rescheduling must be notified at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations will only be accepted outside of the indicated time limit for demonstrable reasons of force majeure will only be accepted.

2. In the event of non-attendance without prior notice, the full amount of the visit will be paid.

3. Changes and/or cancellations will entail the payment of 50% of the cost of the appointment and/or prior payment for new programming.

Cancellation Policy for visits to Physiotherapy, Osteopathy, Psychology and Logopedic Services

1. Cancellations or rescheduling must be notified at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations will only be accepted outside the indicated period of time for demonstrable reasons of force majeure will only be accepted.

2. If an appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, 50% of the cost of the appointment must be paid.

3. In the event of non-attendance without prior notice, the full cost of the visit will be paid in full.

4. Repeated changes and/or cancellations will be subject to prior payment for the new programme.
